Help with your AI companions, conversations, and account data.
Contact Support
Email hello@celesta.games and include "Seen Support" in the subject. Describe the issue, your iPhone model, iOS version, and the steps that led to it. Do not include sensitive conversation content unless it is necessary for us to investigate and you are comfortable sharing it.
Account Access
Seen creates an anonymous account and does not ask for an email address or password. The account is tied to the secure session on your device. If that session is lost, it may not be possible to recover the account.
Export or Delete Your Data
- Open a companion's settings to export or delete that conversation.
- Use the companion settings to remove a companion and its relationship data.
- Open Seen Settings to delete the anonymous account and its server data.
If an in-app deletion does not complete, contact us at hello@celesta.games.
AI Companion Safety
Seen companions are generated by artificial intelligence. They can make mistakes and should not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Seen cannot contact emergency services. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or a trusted person who can be physically present.
Age Requirement
Seen is intended only for adults aged 18 and older.
